The Miami Heat absolutely dominated the San Antonio Spurs in the second half Sunday night to grab a 103-84 win to tie the series at one heading to San Antonio. Here are my quick thoughts on the game and how the stars of both teams performed.

  • LeBron James gets a “B+” in my book. Did Bron have a good first half? Not at all; in fact, it was pretty mediocre. But he turned it up in the fourth quarter, connecting on all four of his shots and going up for a monster block on Tiago Splitter to effectively shut the door on the Spurs’ chances (video below). To me, LeBron did an excellent job of reading the situation and choosing to be a distributor and screener tonight rather than “Cleveland LeBron.” With Mike Miller’s contributions, as well as San Antonio’s lack of usual defensive prowess in the fourth, James knew he didn’t…
