The NL East is typically one of baseball powerhouse divisions. While they do have money, they also know how to spend it. Well, except for the Mets. If not for the craziness that comes from Shea Stadium the NL East might very well be MLB most value conscious division. The always relevant Atlanta Braves are arguably the most value driven organization in the National League, and if not for some guy named Billy Beane probably all of baseball over the last 20 years. But this is not their year.
