In tribute to ESPN.com and the TrueHoop network, I have come up with a Hoop Idea.

A Hoop Idea, for those who don't know, is just a proposed change in a certain aspect or rule of the game of basketball. For example, if someone said take out the out of bounds rule in basketball, that would be a Hoop Idea.
